{"id":138,"date":"2024-06-05T12:30:41","date_gmt":"2024-06-05T12:30:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/accumallorca.org\/?page_id=138"},"modified":"2024-06-07T21:55:31","modified_gmt":"2024-06-07T21:55:31","slug":"enfermedad-de-crohn","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/accumallorca.org\/index.php\/enfermedad-de-crohn\/","title":{"rendered":"Enfermedad de Crohn"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Crohn es el apellido del&nbsp;m\u00e9dico que describi\u00f3 la enfermedad por primera vez en 1932 y quien, como dato anecd\u00f3tico, no la padeci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La enfermedad de Crohn es una patolog\u00eda inflamatoria cr\u00f3nica de origen autoinmune que&nbsp;<strong>puede afectar a cualquier parte del&nbsp;aparato&nbsp;digestivo (desde la boca hasta el ano)<\/strong>.&nbsp;Normalmente&nbsp;<strong>se presenta con mayor frecuencia<\/strong>&nbsp;en&nbsp;la parte&nbsp;final&nbsp;del intestino delgado<strong>&nbsp;(\u00edleon terminal)<\/strong>&nbsp;y en el&nbsp;comienzo&nbsp;del colon (<strong>v\u00e1lvula ileocecal y ciego<\/strong>&nbsp;). La afectaci\u00f3n suele ser de todo el espesor de la pared intestinal. ACCU Catalunya<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>La aparici\u00f3n de los s\u00edntomas,&nbsp;<strong>duraci\u00f3n e intensidad depende&nbsp;de la&nbsp;localizaci\u00f3n y&nbsp;extensi\u00f3n de la zona afectada<\/strong>.&nbsp;Se manifiesta de manera discontinua&nbsp;sin que la zona deteriorada tenga que estarlo de principio a fin.&nbsp;De hecho es frecuente encontrar \u00abparches\u00bb de inflamaci\u00f3n que se intercalan entre&nbsp;porciones sanas&nbsp;de intestino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los&nbsp;<strong>s\u00edntomas<\/strong>&nbsp;m\u00e1s frecuentes en la enfermedad de Crohn son los intestinales y los que se derivan de ellos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dolor abdominal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.accuesp.com\/hablemos-de-diarrea\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Diarrea<\/a>&nbsp;con o sin moco y sangre, a veces&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.accuesp.com\/estrenimiento-en-eii\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">estre\u00f1imiento<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fisuras y \u00falceras<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.accuesp.com\/la-fatiga-y-la-eii\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Cansancio y fatiga<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fiebre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Falta de apetito y p\u00e9rdida de peso&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Malestar general y debilidad<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n<strong>&nbsp;puede haber manifestaciones<\/strong>&nbsp;fuera del intestino (<strong>extraintestinales<\/strong>) como, inflamaci\u00f3n en los ojos, dolor en las articulaciones, placas rojas en la piel, piedras en el ri\u00f1\u00f3n o la ves\u00edcula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, y aunque la enfermedad de Crohn es una&nbsp;patolog\u00eda&nbsp;cr\u00f3nica, las personas que la tienen&nbsp;experimentan los s\u00edntomas intermitentemente. Es decir, en per\u00edodos de brote (fase activa) que se intercalan&nbsp;con etapas&nbsp;en las que los s\u00edntomas est\u00e1n en remisi\u00f3n (fase inactiva).&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfSe puede curar?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No hay cura para la enfermedad de Crohn. Todav\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque no nos conformamos.
