{"id":194,"date":"2024-06-07T21:43:25","date_gmt":"2024-06-07T21:43:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/accumallorca.org\/?page_id=194"},"modified":"2024-06-08T08:14:39","modified_gmt":"2024-06-08T08:14:39","slug":"diagnostico","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/accumallorca.org\/index.php\/diagnostico\/","title":{"rendered":"Diagn\u00f3stico"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El diagn\u00f3stico de la enfermedad inflamatoria intestinal (EII) puede ser complicado y tard\u00edo, especialmente en pacientes con enfermedad de Crohn porque la inflamaci\u00f3n puede localizarse en cualquier punto del tubo digestivo y presentar&nbsp;una sintomatolog\u00eda variada, inespec\u00edfica y atribuible a otras enfermedades.&nbsp;En este sentido, estudios&nbsp;recientes en Europa han revelado que aproximadamente&nbsp;<strong>en<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>el 45% de los nuevos casos de EII se tarda m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o<\/strong>&nbsp;en recibir un diagn\u00f3stico definitivo y que en el 17% del total de pacientes el periodo es superior a 5 a\u00f1os;&nbsp;lo que se considera un gran problema&nbsp;porque:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Existen pacientes que presentan sintomatolog\u00eda durante a\u00f1os antes de ser diagnosticados.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cada vez existe una mayor evidencia que apunta a que el \u00e9xito del tratamiento aumenta&nbsp;si se administra en fases tempranas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por esta raz\u00f3n, si tienes dudas de los s\u00edntomas que est\u00e1s experimentando, y mientras recibes la opini\u00f3n de tu m\u00e9dico,<strong>&nbsp;te recomendamos este&nbsp;detector de s\u00edntomas<\/strong>.&nbsp;Una herramienta para ayudarte a averiguar si los s\u00edntomas abdominales o intestinales que tienes,&nbsp;est\u00e1n relacionados con la colitis ulcerosa o la enfermedad de Crohn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De manera general, una vez aparecen algunos de los s\u00edntomas m\u00e1s visibles y comunes de la enfermedad de Crohn o la colitis ulcerosa, como el dolor abdominal, la&nbsp;diarrea&nbsp;o la&nbsp;sensaci\u00f3n de cansancio permanente, los pacientes acudimos al m\u00e9dico de familia para una primera revisi\u00f3n. Si en esa consulta&nbsp;sospecha de&nbsp;una EII, nos derivan al digestivo para realizar las pruebas espec\u00edficas establecidas para confirmar el diagn\u00f3stico.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Principales pruebas de diagn\u00f3stico:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ey.com\/ES\/es\/Home\/EY-informe-sobre-la-enfermedad-inflamatoria-intestinal\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/accuesp.com\/files\/images\/4\/5\/thumbnails\/thumbnail_100\/570f687204161.png\" alt=\"Principales pruebas de diagn\u00f3stico de la EII. Fuente: An\u00e1lisis Ernst &amp; Young<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All\u00ed, con&nbsp;la probabilidad de estar ante un&nbsp;caso de enfermedad inflamatoria intestinal,&nbsp;<strong>revisan la historia cl\u00ednica<\/strong>&nbsp;teniendo en cuenta s\u00edntomas previos, intolerancias, edad, historial familiar, entre otros aspectos. Posteriormente, se procede a una&nbsp;<strong>exploraci\u00f3n f\u00edsica<\/strong>&nbsp;que incluye la toma de temperatura, ritmo card\u00edaco y presi\u00f3n arterial, as\u00ed como la palpaci\u00f3n del abdomen o el tacto rectal. Tambi\u00e9n&nbsp;<strong>se realizan exploraciones adicionales<\/strong>&nbsp;para confirmar o descartar el diagn\u00f3stico como&nbsp;an\u00e1lisis de sangre, orina y de heces. La&nbsp;ecograf\u00eda, radiograf\u00eda o el TAC abdominal, como pruebas de imagen, no confirman el diagn\u00f3stico pero ayudan a determinar la extensi\u00f3n de la zona inflamada o afectada. Por \u00faltimo, es a trav\u00e9s de las pruebas endosc\u00f3picas, en las que se explora el aparato digestivo&nbsp;<em>de la forma m\u00e1s objetiva posible&nbsp;<\/em>y&nbsp;<strong>se extraen tejidos (biopsia)&nbsp;<\/strong>para su posterior an\u00e1lisis en el laboratorio, con las que se puede<strong>&nbsp;realizar un diagn\u00f3stico definitivo<\/strong>&nbsp;de la enfermedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es probable que s\u00f3lo necesites&nbsp;realizar algunas de las pruebas mencionadas. Sin embargo, la EII es una patolog\u00eda cr\u00f3nica, por lo que es posible que algunas pruebas&nbsp;tengas que repetirlas con el paso del tiempo o, incluso,&nbsp;que necesites realizar alguna
